By using Familya, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. The service

Familya provides tools for managing family information: tracking assets, liabilities, and receivables, storing important documents, managing family members, and ensuring access continuity for your family.

3. Early access

Familya is provided "as is" during the early access phase. Features and pricing may change before general availability.

4. Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• The family head (father) can invite members and manage each member's access rights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Intellectual property

All data you enter into Familya remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your family data.

6. Termination

You may stop using Familya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these terms.
